Development of a complex project control using Excel and VBA. Project data are read into a template, dynamic tables are created based on the selected period, imported data are refined or serve as a basis for calculation and are then entered in the dynamic tables, which ultimately represent the report on the individual projects. The reports are complex, multi-level tables, which are all created dynamically based on the selected time period. Not only were the tables created dynamically, but the calculations are based dynamically on the selected time periods and are then entered in the reports. After the reports have been created, the TARGET data from the previous month are compared with the ACTUAL data from the previous month and replaced by the ACTUAL data. This enables a comparison between the TARGET and the ACTUAL. Realization using Excel and VBA.
