Creation of the ZFS application for managing Zurich Insurance tickets. An MS Access solution is used as the database and the front end and the forms are implemented using Access Forms and VBA. Logic is also implemented using VBA.
- Data are taken directly from the ticket system (Seapine).
- Data will be imported into Microsoft Access 2000.
- Various functions relating to data evaluation and other special functionalities such as the duration until a request has been processed, the costs for processing a request or the ranking of the processed requests have been redesigned.
- Provision of reports (Microsoft Access 2000).
- Provision of consolidated reports (Microsoft Excel).
- Testing and documentation (user and technical).
